Activations log
Understand activation statuses and cancel requests you no longer need.
01
Find a request
Open Activations log. Find the device and playlist, then check the status, dates and options shown. Refresh after opening Waveo on the target device.
The entry shows the options selected, such as hiding credentials or adding Premium. Premium activation requested reflects your choice; it does not yet confirm that Premium is active.
02
Understand the statuses
- Pending: the device has not retrieved the request yet. Check its ID and connection, and open Waveo.
- Delivered: the request has reached the device. Wait for the import to finish.
- Applied: the device has confirmed that it applied the request. Also check the playlist in Waveo.
- Failed: the operation did not succeed. Check the playlist details and the message shown before retrying.
- Expired: the request is no longer valid. Create a new activation if still needed.
- Cancelled: the request was stopped.
- Unknown status: refresh before drawing a conclusion or sending again.
03
Delete a request
- 01Find the relevant request and choose Delete request.
- 02Check the device and request status in the confirmation.
- 03Confirm, then refresh the list.
If the request is still pending
Deleting it cancels the request and releases its Premium reservation. Deleting a completed entry does not remove the installed playlist or revoke Premium access already activated.
04
Clear several requests
- 01Check the requests to remove, or choose Select visible requests.
- 02Check the selected count, then choose Delete selection.
- 03Confirm and wait for the operation to finish.
- 04If only some requests were removed, check those still selected before retrying.
05
Check the result on the device
- The playlist appears and can load its catalogue.
- Premium is active if you requested it.
- The playlist appears in My cloud after its first sync if Cloud sync was enabled.
- You can play content with your provider access.
Applied confirms that activation succeeded. Channel and video availability then depends on your provider.
